Amanda Davies has been indulging her passion for cooking in the LadyFingers kitchen for many years; initially helping her friend and then owner Sheila Fuller, and ultimately as sole owner and operator since 2011.
Amanda fell in love with cooking at a young age, and while in her early 20’s helped run the kitchen at her church where she prepared at times over 400 meals a day for disadvantaged Tulsans. As owner of Ladyfingers, Amanda has been able to continue that love of cooking by providing her clients the finest quality meals using the freshest ingredients.
Ladyfingers has a fully licensed and inspected, commercial kitchen located on the grounds of the Richard L Jones Airport near Jenks. They offer a complimentary consultation to clients and love to work with them to create a menu specifically tailored to their tastes and event.
LadyFingers has always enjoyed a wonderful reputation. They think due in part to the fact that they cook real food – homemade. They hand select ingredients using the freshest available and local whenever possible. They have a talented and trusted kitchen staff who has a lot of fun doing what they love to do.
They cater all types of events - weddings, private parties, corporate meetings, reunions, and more. They are proud to say they have a lot of repeat business which tells them that they must be doing something right.
